Is a pre-payment applicable upon sale?

We charge a fee of €495, including VAT, after signing our service agreement in the event of a sale. This fee will be deducted from the total sales fee after the sales order has been completed. In the event of rental, the full brokerage fee will be charged after completion of the rental.

How quickly does Makelaardij & Co. rent my house?

The lead time for renting out a home depends on various factors. At Makelaardij & Co. we aim to arrange the check-in with the new tenant(s) within two weeks. If it happens that it takes longer or we notice that things are going slowly, we will always contact you to look for solutions together.

How does Makelaardij & Co. screens a tenant?

Makelaardij & Co. asks for proof of identity, three salary slips, an employment contract and a brief motivation from the candidate. If there is a reason for more information, we will do a deeper examination if needed.

Do you also offer property management?

Does Makelaardij & Co. helps with mortgage advice?

I don't have an energy label yet, is that a problem?

An energy label is mandatory if you sell or rent out object. We can arrange this for you at competitive rates and fast turn around times, through our partners.
